Read these safety precautions carefully before using the unit!

• Ensure the hair is dry and combed through to remove any tangles.
• Start by dividing the hair into sections.
• Press and hold thebutton for 1-2 seconds to turn the appliance on. The lowest temperature on the digital display will start flashing and the appliance will automatically start heating up.
• Press the ‘+’ or ‘-’ button to select a heat setting suitable for your hair type. The digital display will flash until the desired heat setting has been reached. Once the temperature has been reached, the digital display will remain solid in colour.

Please note: The styler will lock automatically after 2 seconds to ensure your desired temperature is maintained throughout use. See ‘Locking Feature’ section for more information.

• Place the hot brush underneath the hair section close to the scalp and hold for a few seconds to boost volume at the roots.
• Gently glide the hot brush through each hair section and down towards the ends.

IMPORTANT: Always place the styler on the heat mat provided between use

• Repeat as necessary.
• After use, press and hold thebutton to switch off and unplug the appliance.
• Allow to cool before storing away.

Heat Settings

If you have delicate, fine or coloured hair, use the lower heat settings. For thicker hair, use the higher heat settings. It is suggested to always complete a test on initial use to ensure the correct temperature is used on the hair type. Start on the lowest setting and increase the temperature until desired result is achieved.

There are 4 heat settings; 145°C, 160°C, 175°C and 190°C, suitable for all hair types.

Anti-Frizz Technology

The ionic system eliminates frizz as you style. Your hair is left smooth and feeling conditioned with luxurious shine.

Please note: The release of the ions from the port may produce a slight clicking noise during use, which is perfectly normal.

Lock Feature

The unit will lock automatically after two seconds to ensure the styler remains at your desired temperature throughout styling. Thesymbol will illuminate once the lock feature is activated.

If you wish to change the temperature during styling, to unlock, quickly press the power buttontwice. Thewill no longer be visible.

Multi-Voltage

This appliance is designed to automatically adjust to different voltage levels, so it can be used in many countries. You can take your appliance with you when traveling or use it at home as part of your daily routine.

Please note: You may still need a plug adaptor to fit the different plug types used in different countries. This is not supplied.

Heat Protection Mat

The appliance comes with a heat mat for use during and after styling.

During use do not place the appliance on any heat sensitive surface, even when using the heat mat provided. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance. Immediately wrap the appliance in the heat mat provided and allow to fully cool down. Continue to keep it out of reach of children as it will remain hot for several minutes.

Auto Shut Off

This appliance has an automatic shut off feature for added safety. If the hot brush is switched on for more than 20 minutes continuously, it will automatically switch off. If you wish to continue using the appliance after this time, press and hold the button for 1-2 seconds to turn the appliance back on.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To help keep your appliance in the best possible condition, please follow the steps below:

General

• Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool. To clean the outside of the appliance, wipe with a damp cloth. Make sure that no water enters the appliance and it is completely dry before use.
• Remove excess hair from the bristles and around the barrel.
• Do not wrap the lead around the appliance, instead coil the lead loosely by the side of the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance at a stretch from the power point.
• Always unplug after use.
